Had an emergency gas leak this morning , very worried and seen dereks company advertised as 24 hour emergency . Was out to me within 20 minutes this morning from phone call . cant recommend this company enough for their efficant work . Sorry for getting you in trouble for the bus lane derek but we really appreciate the emergency you attended too .
Didn’t know the lads in the van have a special license to be driving in the bus lane the whole way.

After weeks trying to contact plumbers and having no joy as they are hard to find in the current climate. My luck changed when I saw a convoy of MPH vans on the M50 early one morning as I passed them by. From first point of contact over the phone, Derek was able to fit my job into his schedule. Initial consultation to measure the job and to price materials his team were professional and knowledgeable. I really don't like giving a bad review, but I have to tell it as I found it. Most tradesmen are hardworking individuals anxious to give good service and customer relations. Experience of this individual was disapointing, initial contact with this tradesman was positive and assured me agreement to promptly undertake repairs. This was a gas leakage in an external input supply, so it was serious! Gas authority had been notified and disconnected the service. A disconnected gas supply to a plumber should be as analogous as to how a power failure is treated by an electrician. No so, this plumber failed on all accounts, never turned up as promised and did not reply to subsuquent voicemails nor texts. Very poor, in fact, non existent customer communication, service and relationship. Avoid at all costs a complete dud in my experience and opinion. Promised everything delivered nothing.
